Production and competencies

vanDockum acoustic panels are specially designed and built in our own factories in Denmark.

The particularly hygienic surfaces are allergy-friendly and easy to clean. The surfaces are UV colour-stable, which makes them the market’s most unique and easy-to-clean acoustic panel.

Acoustic panels are made in standard width 600 x height 2400/2440 mm.

Slats are 25 mm or 35 mm wide and 12 mm deep. The distance between slats is 15 mm.

The sound absorber is made of 100% polyester, which is 100% recyclable. The sound absorber is available in 3 colors from light grey, medium gray and dark grey.

Polyester and sound absorber are built at a factory in the Nordics.

All materials for vanDockum acoustic panels come from selected Nordic manufacturers and suppliers with the highest focus on protecting the environment as much as possible.

Acoustic panels can be packed on pallets with 50 pieces, for the greatest possible reduction of CO2 load, environmental considerations and own requirements for sustainability.

Because of that vanDockumGROUP export more than 95 % of its production to foreign countries and only for a selected group of customers.

Private label

We build acoustics for walls and ceilings for multinational companies that want to sell our solutions under private label.

vanDockum designs, develops and produces acoustic panels for small companies to large international companies in many different materials. All materials are carefully selected for the individual customer.

Many of our customers want to sell their own series of acoustic products in private label, which is in line with the DNA vanDockum represents.

Materials are selected based on several criteria. Special consideration for the environment, sustainability, the material’s availability, durability, sound properties, construction method and the latest production technology are of great importance.

vanDockum has the latest high-tech production equipment to build the many different products that are today developed for our customers across national borders.

vanDockum is very successful in implementing new products for specially selected customer groups who want to sell new innovative products in private label.

Wrapping line

vanDockum builds acoustic solutions with the latest high-tech equipment.

At a high-tech facility, wood and aluminum are wrapped for carefully selected customers. Wrapping of wood has taken place for many years, but in recent years we have specialized in wrapping specially extruded aluminum profiles.

Aluminum is an exciting material to work with as aluminum represents a low weight and high fire safety, which has been a theme for some of our customers. Assembly time, fire safety and low weight play a big role in our success with specially designed fire-resistant aluminum profiles.

For solutions where the customer wants to wrap special profiles in wood or aluminium, our high-tech production facility comes into its own.

Lamination line

vanDockum builds acoustic solutions with the latest high-tech equipment.

At a high-tech facility, we laminate different materials together for special sandwich-built sheets and absorbent solutions.

The lamination line has been specially developed for vanDockum and can be used to assemble several different materials regardless of thickness, density and material properties.

The lamination line also performs special tasks for selected customers.

For lamination solutions where the customer wants high-quality materials assembled into special products, our high-tech production facility comes into its own.
